Black Beak Citrus Smash Gin
Black Beak Irish Gin is a bold, small-batch gin crafted by Blacks Distillery in Kinsale, along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Inspired by the rugged coastline and the seabirds that soar above it, this gin blends 13 handpicked botanicals, including fresh pink grapefruit peel, juniper berries, and locally foraged Irish heather flowers.
Orris and angelica roots add a smooth, earthy depth, creating a crisp, citrus-forward spirit with a warm, balanced finish.
Serving Suggestion
